I work with clients who are new to therapy, those who have worked with therapists before, and everyone in between. Many seek support when they feel disconnected from themselves or others, are navigating questions about their identity, or are looking for relief and direction around personal challenges. My goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, developing greater self-compassion, and moving towards what matters most to you.
My approach to therapy is relational in nature. This means that I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through a collaborative and authentic therapeutic relationship, we can make sense of what is weighing on you, deepen your understanding of yourself, and work toward lasting change. You get to set the pace of therapy and decide what feels comfortable for you so that you can find your new path forward in an accepting environment.
I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my clinical experience includes supporting adolescents and adults in higher levels of care for eating disorder recovery.
I offer counseling services in-person in Dallas, TX and telehealth services for adults across Texas.
